Maintenance checklist
- Inspect cores every 3 to 6 months in dusty duty, annually in clean duty.
- Clean plates with low-pressure water or vacuum; avoid bending the thin metal.
- Wash wheels per manufacturer guidance; check belt tension and seals.
- Monitor pressure drop; a rising trend signals fouling before comfort suffers.
- Verify frost control each heating season.
